SMS Terms
Business texting has responsibilities
Last updated October 11, 2026 · Rank Me Higher LLC
Service and business identity
Onboard Voice provides business messaging tools operated by Rank Me Higher LLC, 1280 Townline Rd, Mundelein, IL 60060. Each customer is responsible for its own messaging program, business identity, recipient disclosures and messages. Creating a voice line does not automatically approve SMS.
Registration and approval
Business texting requires the appropriate approved brand, campaign and number registration for the actual business sending messages. Approval and delivery are subject to carrier requirements. Using this platform or signing an agreement does not allow an unrelated business to use another company’s registration.
Consent and message frequency
Before sending messages, obtain the consent required for the message type and keep evidence. Tell recipients who is messaging, what messages they will receive, the expected frequency and how to get help or opt out. Frequency varies by the customer’s program and interactions. Marketing consent must not be a condition of purchasing goods or services. Purchased or borrowed contact lists do not establish consent.
STOP and HELP
Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of the applicable messaging program. Honor opt-outs promptly and do not send further promotional messages after an opt-out. Reply HELP for program help, or contact the business that sent the message. For platform support, contact [email protected]. Customers must configure appropriate identification, support and confirmation messages for their program.
Rates and segments
Message and data rates may apply to recipients under their mobile plan. Customer sending and receiving charges depend on usage, carrier fees and message segments, as described on our pricing page and itemized in the workspace. Longer or Unicode messages may use multiple segments. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Prohibited activity
Do not send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing or otherwise prohibited content. Do not evade opt-outs, registration limits or carrier controls by switching numbers or identities. We may pause messaging to investigate misuse, missing registration or consent issues.
Separate Business Messaging Agreement
The app contains a Business Messaging Agreement draft, version 2026-10-09.1. Acceptance is currently disabled. If the requirement is enabled later, authorized business owners will be presented with the applicable version for review and electronic acceptance. These public SMS Terms do not duplicate that agreement or imply you have signed it. Sign in to your workspace to review the current requirements.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains how platform information is handled. Each customer must also provide its own recipient privacy notice. Contact [email protected] for platform questions, or the sending business for questions about its messages.
