Operator and scope

Onboard Voice is provided by Rank Me Higher LLC, 1280 Townline Rd, Mundelein, IL 60060. These terms describe use of the website and business phone service. You must have authority to act for the business whose account you create. Contact [email protected] with questions.

Accounts and authorized users

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and control access to your workspace. You are responsible for activity by people you authorize. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. A 3CX invitation and login are separate from your Onboard Voice account.

Subscriptions and prepaid usage

A line subscription costs $10 per month and includes $10 of calling and texting credit every paid month. Subscription payment must succeed before a new paid line is provisioned or extra top-ups are available. Additional usage is funded by $10, $25 or $50 top-ups. AI Assistant usage draws from the same prepaid balance. The workspace itemizes charges; the public usage table is an estimate, not a fixed tariff.

Automatic top-ups and the reserve

Automatic top-ups are optional and require authorization. When enabled, the service can charge $10 using the saved payment method at the $5 balance threshold. Outgoing calls and texts pause at $5 or less. Delayed usage can still reduce the balance. A top-up is usage credit; it does not replace or pay a line subscription.

Availability, cancellation and numbers

Numbers are subject to availability and successful provisioning. Manage payment details and cancellation in the workspace billing portal; the portal shows cancellation timing. Cancellation does not erase valid charges already incurred. Do not assume a number will be held indefinitely after nonpayment or cancellation; review the deadlines and notices in your workspace. Contact support about billing disputes, errors or refunds; applicable legal rights are preserved.

Communications and emergency use

Calling and messaging depend on connectivity, software, carriers and registration. Interruptions, delays and delivery failures can occur. Do not rely on this service as your sole method of emergency communication; use an appropriate emergency-capable phone. This website offers US local numbers and US destinations, without promising international calling or number porting.

Business messaging

SMS requires approved registration for the actual business and use case. You must obtain required recipient consent, retain evidence, identify your business and honor opt-outs. See SMS Terms for additional requirements. A separate Business Messaging Agreement may be presented in the app when enabled; this page does not represent that it has already been signed.

Acceptable use and AI

Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful communications, unsolicited messages, evasion of carrier restrictions or unauthorized access. Do not misrepresent your identity. Review AI output before relying on it; it may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular decision.

Suspension and responsibility

We may restrict service for unpaid charges, security risks, suspected misuse, carrier requirements or legal obligations. You remain responsible for your own communications and authorized account use. Responsibility for attributable third-party charges or claims may also be addressed in a separately accepted agreement. These terms do not promise protection from carrier or regulatory liability.

Governing law and changes

Illinois law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without removing mandatory rights or protections. We may revise the service and these terms, with notice where required. Contact [email protected] to resolve questions or disputes.
